Canon PIXMA TS3100 is an All-in-One printer that enables you to print, scan, and copy any documents. In case you are connecting your Canon TS3100 printer to the network for the first time, follow the below instructions to complete the Wi-Fi setup.
HOW TO CONNECT CANON TS3100 PRINTER TO WIFI
- Make sure to download and install the printer’s driver on your computer by using the software installation CD or by using the official support page of your printer.
- After downloading the printer’s driver file on your computer, open the driver file and start the installation process.
- On the Start Setup screen, follow the on-screen prompts to continue.
- Select the Yes button on the license agreement screen.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup and click the Next button to continue the driver installation process.
- In the Select Connection Method window, choose the Wireless LAN Connection from the list and click on the OK button.
- Select the Connect via wireless router (recommended) option in the next window and select the Next button.
- On the Select Printer page, choose your printer by referring to the last five digits of the printer’s serial number.
- Click the Next button.
- Now, you need to wait for the installation to complete.
- In the Test Print window, click on the Execute button to perform a test print on your printer or select the Next button to continue.
- Now, follow the on-screen prompts to finish the wireless printer setup.
CONNECT USING PRINTER’S CONTROL PANEL:
- Ensure that your router/access point has a WPS button.
- Now, press and hold the Network button on your printer’s control panel and release it when the light flashes.
- Next, hit and hold the WPS button on the router/access point.
- When your printer is connected to the network, the wireless light will flash.
